Last week we raced on the 24H of Le Mans at iRacing and we made it with two Porsche 911 GTE entries. With a strong line up on the ProSimTech team and a not so strong line up on ProSimTech Black, we were aiming for a good result on both cars although we were running on different splits.

The race started well for both teams but it didn’t end really that well. Our ProSimTech line up had some problems with some LMP1 cars but was fighting for the Top 5 despite all the problems. Unfortunately, a little mistake mixed with a track bug took our main team entry out of the race at the beginning of the night. We were happy with the pace showed and believe it is a winning team for sure.

The ProSimTech Black team was aiming for a good result and everything started to run well from the qualy. The team started the race in the third position but soon enough we were leading the race. The night scared us a bit because we lost some pace and a lot of time losing the lead of the race. At the sunrise, we were fighting for the lead of the race again but had some time to gain. With 25 minutes to go and HPD driver decided to rejoin the track unsafely and hit us costing us the win. The team ended on a well-deserved P2 but with a bittersweet taste on our mouths.

The team will now move on to prepare the 24H of Spa Francorchamps that will take place on the 11th-12th of July.
